Shia LeBeouf is pretty much trolling the world right now. We realize that maybe most people don’t know it, but the following story (like the bag on his head thing and his performance art thing from a while ago) are all calculated moves to get the press talking about him and to prepare him for roles. Keep in mind, we may be off about this, but we truly believe this is some Andy Kaufman character acting going on by LeBeouf. This story only further makes us believe that.
The long and the short of the story is that Shia LeBeouf was arrested for being intoxicated in public and causing disorderly conduct throughout a showing of Cabaret with Studio 54 in New York. But there are people on the scene who think it was all an act. Some think he was preparing for a role, and some say he was just doing it to get him the attention.
Some of his behavior included lighting a cigarette inside, talking loudly during performance, and serving and swaying and just being an over all nuisance. A stained and torn up tee shirt? People say he was looking and acting the part of an old time hobo. Eventually, the theater had enough and cops were brought in and he was arrested.
Keep in mind, we could totally be wrong. He could just be spiraling really hard and really fast. We’re just gonna sit back and see how this one plays. Does this plane land nicely, or does it crash into fiery wreckage? Time will tell.
